Cute 60s/70s kids cotton maxi dress!Smocked waist,and neck.Neck can be worn high or low.Two side ties and back nylon zip.

Excellent vintage condition with slight pilling,cotton lace could use an ironing,and smocking came a bit undone on right side of waist(see photo).Garment has been washed but could have slight vintage odor,loose threads or stitches.Sold as is.
